Terms. Gates ship in one week, and ship insured. Client must purchase hinge and latch hardware separately. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your gate if any damage is present. Gates ship in industrial packaging. Our damage rate is under1 1%.
Please measure your gate area carefully. Gates are built to fit and cannot be returned. We will be happy to assist you by phone and e-mail during the design process. We have servedonver one thousand gate customers, and have encountered nearly all installation challenges, and are here to help.
Gates are architectural items and are not certified by any third-party juvenile testing organization. Client is solely responsible for the suitability and fit of the gate. Use at own risk for child safety purposes. We offer sturdy hinged hardwood construction and narrow baluster post spacing for your convenience.

The blue lines represent the opening width. Posts are not always true vertical, so measure at several places. The green lines are areas where you will want to measure height. You may wish to match existing decking, or you may want to set a gate height that is 2 inches shorter than the deck floor to the underside of a post cap.
